Mbaka reopens Adoration Ministry Sunday

Ejike Mbaka, Controversial Catholic priest and spiritual director of the Adoration Ministry in Enugu State is set to reopen the Christian gathering.

Mr Mbaka indefinitely closed down the ministry in June over scathing remarks on Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP).

He had described Mr Obi as a stingy man who will not win the presidential election for refusing to bankroll activities at the prayer ground. His comments earned him backlash from Nigerians and the Church which closed down his ministry.

Announcing the resumption in a statement, the cleric said religious activities will resume beginning from Sunday, October 2, 2022.

“To the glory of God, Adoration Ministries starts on Sunday 2nd October , 2022 with 10am Mass,” Journalist101 quoted him as announcing. “God bless you miraculously as you come Joyfully to worship God with us. Fr Mbaka Ejike Camillus.”
