The EFCC had accused Nwaoboshi and his companies of illegally acquiring a property named Guinea House on Marine Road, in Apapa, Lagos, for N805 million, the property said to belong to the Delta State Govt.
The court also granted the governor-elect leave to appeal as an interested party against the judgement of Justice Mohammed Yunusa delivered on May 18.
Without specifying how the judges are being attacked, he said the conduct of the opposition party was awful and unethical.
Justice Aihamoje further stated that the purported ward 3 executives who suspended the national chairman of the party acted outside the powers vested on them by the LP Constitution.
They equally prayed to the court to ban the All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain from seeking elective office for the next 10 years.
The PDP had claimed that Shettima’s nomination as Tinubu’s running mate was in breach of the provisions of sections 29(1), 33, 35, and 84(1)(2) of the Electoral Act, 2022.
