President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday met with state governors at the presidential villa in Abuja.
This is the first gathering between him as president and the state helmsmen, most of whom were present.
In attendance are Governors of Zamfara, Kano, Taraba, Kogi, Ogun, Nasarawa, Bayelsa, Adamawa, Ebonyi, Lagos, Rivers, Osun, Jigawa, Benue, Taraba, Delta, Enugu, Rivers, Oyo, Plateau, Kebbi, Abia, Imo, and Bauchi.
The deputy governors of Edo and Niger represented their principals.
Vice President Kashim Shettima and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) George Akume were also present.
