Political parties are free to resume campaign, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said.
The electoral body gave the directive Monday evening after its management meeting in Abuja.
It also comes a day after Adams Oshiomhole, national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) threatened to resume campaign despite the restriction by the electoral umpire.
The commission also fixed Thursday for wrap up of political campaigns for the rescheduled presidential and federal parliamentary elections.
INEC had rescheduled the election to commence on Saturday citing logistical challenges.
