Walid Jibrin, chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of Trustees (BoT) has resigned from his position.
Mr Jibrin announced his resignation Thursday afternoon at the ongoing National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the party in Abuja.
This is coming as the rift between the opposition party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar and Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State continues to widen.
