President Muhammadu Buhari has performed his civic responsibility of voting himself for a second term in office.
The election earlier billed for last Saturday was rescheduled to hold today due to logical blunder by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Mr Buhari was accompanied by his wife Aisha who also voted in Daura, Katsina State.
He is running on the platform of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).
The president after voting, expressed confidence that he will win this year’s presidential race.
“I will win,” Buhari was reported as saying in a national television which covered the exercise.
Challenging the president’s re-election is Atiku Abubakar,the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the election.
