A federal high court sitting in Owerri, the Imo State capital has restrained the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from issuing a certificate of return to Ifeanyi Ararume, as Imo North senator-elect.
This is coming hours after a federal high court sitting in Abuja ordered the electoral body to within 72 hours issue a certificate of return to Mr Ararume as the winner of the December 5 2020 exercise.
