An aircraft belonging to XEJET has skidded the runway at the Lagos International Airport on Saturday.
The development comes two weeks after Dana Air was sanctioned over similar development from one of the aircraft in its fleet.
The aircraft with registration number 5N-BZZ flew in from Abuja, the nation’s capital, with over 50 passengers on board.
The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NBIS) confirmed the incident, leading to the closure of the 18/Left runway of the airport by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) Saturday afternoon.
