The Supreme Court has affirmed Siminalayi Fubara as the duly elected governor of Rivers State.
The apex court gave the verdict on Thursday, dismissing appeals filed by the All Progressive Congress (APC) and its candidate, Tonye Cole.
The appellants, according to the court, failed to prove the allegations of non compliance with the electoral act among others.
