Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) has been extradited back to Nigeria from the United Kingdom, Abubakar Malami, Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) has said.
Mr Malami in a press conference on Tuesday said the fugitive was brought back to the country on Sunday.
He was arraigned at a federal high court sitting in Abuja for the continuation of his trial on charges of treasonable felony.
Binta Nyako, the presiding judge, said he is to be remanded in DSS custody till July 26 pending the determination of his trial.
