The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced the confirmation of 64 new cases of Coronavirus disease in the country.
The NCDC announced the figure Monday night, bringing the total number of cases to 1337 out of which 255 patients have recovered while the death toll remained at 40
The pandemic disease has been recorded in 32 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The 64 new cases are reported from five states: Lagos (34), FCT (15), Borno (11), Taraba (2), Gombe (2).
One case previously reported as a Lagos State case, is now reported as an FCT case
The total number of confirmed cases in Lagos is now at 764 and 157 in FCT.
