The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced the confirmation of 48 new cases of Coronavirus disease in the country.
The new figure brings the total number of the deadly virus to 541 out of which 166 have been discharged on account of testing negative to the pandemic disease while the death toll increased to 19.
Of the 48 fresh cases, 23 of it were identified in Lagos, 12 in FCT, 10 in Kano, 2 in Ogun and 1 in Oyo.
