The All Progressive Congress (APC) has removed Governor Hope Uzodinma as the chairman of the Edo state governorship electoral committee.
APC National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Argungu, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday, announcing his Cross River state counterpart, Bassey Otu, as replacement.
The development came after four aspirants called for the removal of Mr Uzodinma who presided over the crisis-ridden primary at the weekend which has now been declared inconclusive.
