New Coronavirus disease cases numbering about 328 have been confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in the country.
According to latest data from the disease agency, 10 deaths occurred while 161 patients recovered from the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.
The new figure brings the total number of confirmed cases to 11844 out of which 3696 cases have been discharged with 333 deaths recorded in 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
The 328 new cases are reported from 14 states- Lagos(121), FCT(70),Bauchi(25), Rivers(18), Oyo(16), Kaduna(15), Gombe(14), Edo(13),Ogun(13), Jigawa(8), Enugu(6), Kano(5), Osun(2) and Ondo(2).
So far, a total of 73,064 samples have been tested while 7,815 are currently active cases nationwide.
