Tribunal fixes date to rule on Atiku’s petition challenging Buhari’s election

The Presidential Election Tribunal has fixed date to deliver its judgement on the petition challenging the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Atiku Abubakar, the president candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is challenging the outcome of the February 23 exercise wherein Mr Buhari was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
