Omoyele Sowore publisher of Sahara Reporters says life has been snuffed out of his immediate younger brother Olajide on Saturday.
Narrating how the incident occurred, Mr Sowore said his younger brother was ambushed and shot dead while returning from Igbinedion University in Edo State.
In a Facebook post, the publisher said the deceased who is studying pharmacy was killed near Okada area of the state.
The late Olajide, above fifty years, was alleged to have been shot dead by gunmen suspected to be violent herdsmen.
