Vice President and presidential hopeful, Yemi Osinbajo, will meet the members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) caucus in the two chambers of the national assembly.
While the number two citizen will meet with lawmakers of the party from the red chamber, Tuesday evening, he will meet their colleagues at the green chamber on Wednesday.
While he will meet Senators at his official residence by 6:30pm, APC members at the House of Representatives will meet with him at the State House Banquet Hall.
Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, read the invitation letter signed by Senate Leader, Mr Yahaya Abdullahi, while the deputy speaker, Idris Wase, read that of the lower chamber, both during plenary on Tuesday.
Mr Osinbajo declared interest in next year’s race on Monday after meeting with state governors of the party Sunday night.
He will fight with other aspirants of the party, including his political benefactor, Bola Tinubu, who denied him yesterday, for the presidential ticket of the ruling party.
