Osinbajo Escapes Death As Chopper Crash Land In Kogi

Yemi Osinbajo, vice president, on Saturday escaped death while on his way to Kogi State.

Mr Osinbajo, a running mate to President Muhammadu Buhari who is seeking a second term in office, had his chopper crash land in Kabba area of the state.

The incident announced by his media aide, Laolu Akande, took place on Saturday while on his way for an engagement in the area.

“VP Osinbajo’s Chopper crash lands in Kabba, but he and the entire crew safe,” Mr Akande said in a tweet on Saturday.

“He is continuing with his engagements and plans for the day in Kogi State.

“We give all the glory to God, our able protector and commend all the Flight Crew officials for their service.

“We are marching on for indeed we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us!” the presidential spokesman said.
