Former Finance Minister, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has finally been appointed the Director-General of the World Trade Organization.
Mrs Okonjo-Iweala was appointed to the position today, making her the first lady and African to man the position.
Her tenure starts on the 1st of March 2021.
