Popular socialite Obinna Iyiegbu widely known as Obi Cubana has been released by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The anti-graft agency had detained him on Monday when he honoured its invitation. He was reportedly quizzed on money laundering and tax frauds.
The real estate agent spent the night at the EFCC facility and regained his freedom Tuesday afternoon.
Reacting after his release, he posted “UNBROKEN” on his 2.1million verified Instagram page attaching a photo of himself being excited.
