Nigerians react as El-rufai’s wife supports son’s threat to gang rape rival’s mother

Hadiza El-rufai, the wife of Nasir El-rufai, governor of Kaduna State, on Sunday supported her son’s threat to rape the mother of a Nigerian who engaged her son on Twitter.

It started when a user on the micro-blogging site, @thanos_zer, engaged Bello El-rufai, son of the Kaduna governor, who had earlier tackled the president of the United States of America, Donald Trump.

The governor’s son who registered his displeasure at the way Mr Trump has been handling the affairs of the United States pertaining to the outbreak of Coronavirus disease in the country got a response from the Twitter user who reminded him of the alleged incompetence of President Muhammadu Buhari.

“There is nothing as radioactive as an incompetent leader during a time of crisis. The United States of America is a case in point. A few states in Nigeria too,” Bello said in a tweet on Saturday.

“I don’t shield anyone who’s inept. I can’t say same about you. You’re daddy’s boy and of course nobody attacks the finger that feeds them.Buhari’s ineptitude is mind-blowing.Yes I said it and you’re not going to make me disappear!” the Twitter user said in response.

The response infuriated Bello who threatened to gang rape the mother of the twitter user and his mother supported him.

“This Daddy’s boy has heard of your mother ability to take dick is mind blowing. Especially one dipped in kerosene from Abia land. Despite the ineptitude, he is completing a bridge your Ebele couldn’t. You are stuck with PMB and can’t do shit. How’s failed Daddy? the governor’s son responded.

Bello thereafter promised to gang rape the mother of the twitter user in a direct message he sent to his rival.

“Oh, tell your mother i’m passing her to my friends tonight. No Igbo sounds please, Tueh,” a screenshot provided by his rival showed him as saying.

Another user, @FrankZephy1, who drew the attention of the governor’s wife to the threat queried if Mrs El-rufai who teaches on the micro-blogging site was the mother of Bello.

“Don’t @ me. So the wind, reap the whirlwind. All is fair in love and war,” She tweeted while responding with the handle @hadizel.

Oby Ezekwesili, a former Education Minister, who weighed in asked the Bello to apologise but he refused saying his rival should lead the way.
