Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State has reacted to the scuffle between the wife of his predecessor, Ebelechukwu Obiano, and Bianca Ojukwu, widow of late Biafran warlord.

While the inauguration ceremony of Mr Soludo was on, Mrs Obiano stood up and approach Mrs Ojukwu where she was seated and unleashed a slap on the latter’s face.

Security personnel immediately whisked the assaulter away from the venue prompting her husband, the immediate past governor to leave also, obviously in protest.

Addressing the crowd that attended the low-key event, the new governor frowned at the melee and asked whoever wishes to leave in protest to do so too.

“Those who also want to leave can as well do so,” Mr Soludo said. “The Anambra we are talking about is a place of law and order.”
