FULL DETAILS: Again, FG amends terrorism charges against Nnamdi Kanu

The Federal Government has again amended the terrorism charges against the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu.

Mr Kanu was first arraigned on 11-count charge which the court quashed down to 5-count charge. In October, after he was mysteriously abducted from Kenya and brought back to the country, the government amended it to 7-count charge and he pleaded not guilty to them all.

With the latest amendment, Mr Kanu will now enter his fresh plea to the new charges increased to fifteen before the Federal High Court in Abuja.

The charge marked FHC/ABJ/CR/383/2015 was signed by the Director of Public Prosecution, DPP, M. B. Abubakar.
