Walter Onnoghen, the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, has finally appeared at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).
Mr Onnoghen who is accused of non-declaration of assets had initially refused to present himself at the tribunal citing jurisdiction of the court to try him.
But on Friday morning at about 9:30 the top jurist appeared at the Tribunal before the commencement of the trial.
