Former military ruler, Ibrahim Babangida is alive and not dead as reported in some online news outlets.
Reports went rife Thursday morning that the dictator widely known as IBB is dead.
But quoting his media aide, Mahmud Abdullahi, The Nation reports that Mr Babangida is hale and hearty.
According to Mr Abdullahi, if his principal is dead, the news would not be hidden and cannot be hidden.
