COVID-19 Lockdown: Buhari to address Nigerians at 7pm

President Muhammadu Buhari will this evening, at 7pm, address Nigerians on the way forward of the ongoing fight against the spread of Coronavirus disease.

Mr Buhari who addressed Nigerians two weeks ago is expected to extend the deadline of the restriction he placed on Abuja, the nation’s capital; Lagos and Ogun states, which expires today.

The restriction was imposed as one of the measures to prevent the spread of the pandemic disease which is currently on the rise.

Currently, there are 323 confirmed cases of which 85 have been discharged on account of testing negative while 10 deaths has been recorded.
