Amidst the outbreak of Coronavirus disease in the country, Nigerians on Twitter are trending the #BuhariResign calling on President Muhammadu Buhari to step aside from the saddle of leadership.
This is not the first time Mr Buhari has been asked to step aside. Information Minister, Lai Mohammed, had earlier described calls for his principal to resign as a waste of time.
As at press time, the country has recorded 81 cases of the pandemic including one death. Mr Buhari, since the pandemic disease came into the country last month addressed Nigerians once.
Even at that Nigerians picked out errors in the short address pre-recorded and released by the presidency on the internet.
Early Saturday morning, the hashtag calling on the president to resign began trending with most of them asking for the whereabouts of their leader.
Below are some reactions of Nigerians picked from the micro-blogging site.

Let Buhari keep running. Abandoning Nigeria at this critical time is the highest betrayal of trust. At the end he will have a date with destiny. Then Allah's will will surely be done#BuhariResign
