Cleric reveals bandits’ next target after NDA attack

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church has revealed the next facility that is likely going to be attacked by bandits.

Mr Ayodele while reacting to the attack on the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) said the criminals were now targeting to attack the National Institute for Policy And Strategic Studies (NIPSS) located in Kuru area of Jos, Plateau State capital.

In a statement released by his media office on Wednesday, the cleric called for the immediate beefing up of security at the facility to forestall the attack which he said God showed him.

“The National Institute for Policy And Strategic Studies, Kuru, is the bandits next target,” he predicted. “God has shown me this and I’m giving this spiritual intelligence report.

“They should immediately get to work and protect the institution against another dangerous attack,” he added, saying the attack on the NDA was because of division among service chiefs.

Describing the Tuesday incident as a shame, he berated the Department of State Services (DSS) while calling on President Muhammadu Buhari to caution his service chiefs.

“President Buhari must call security chiefs to order; they are jealous of each other and want to work independently,” the cleric advised. “An intelligence report should have been made available by the DSS before the attack on the NDA. That’s their job.”
