President Muhammadu Buhari has visited the Kuje Correctional Center in Abuja which came under attack yesterday by alleged Boko Haram terrorists.
Mr Buhari arrived the attacked facility Wednesday afternoon after the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting where he made a minor cabinet reshuffle and swore in new ministers.
His visit to the scene comes hours after the terrorists stormed the facility, freed their detained members, and allowed hundreds of other inmates to flee.
He is billed to jet out to Senegal for a regional economic summit later in the day.
