Buhari returns to Abuja from Daura after four-day visit

President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Abuja, the nation’s capital after a four-day visit to his hometown.

Mr Buhari departed Abuja for Daura, Katsina State on Friday and expected back today.

During his stay in Daura, the president among other engagement revalidated his membership of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

On ground to welcome him are top government officials including the Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu who retired yesterday having been enlisted into the force on February 1, 1986.

Mr Adamu, according to Peoples Gazette, has been ordered to remain in office pending his replacement.
