President Muhammadu Buhari has nominated Lauretta Onochie, his social media aide, as the substantive Chairman of the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
Mr Buhari in a letter read at the floor of the Nigerian Senate on Wednesday asked the red chamber to confirm the nomination of Ms Onochie.
The epistle, read by Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, also contained the names 15 others as members of the board.
