Appeal Court upholds Oshiomhole’s suspension as APC chairman

The Appeal Court has upheld the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole, as the national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

A Federal High Court had earlier suspended Mr Oshiomhole, a former Edo State governor from parading himself as an official of the ruling party.

The former Labour leader suspended at his ward in the state, led some national officials of the party to secure the court order, saying he was unfit to continue in office after being suspended.
