Appeal court halts Oshiomhole’s suspension

The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has ordered a stay of execution order suspending Adams Oshiomhole, as the national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

Mr Oshiomhole was suspended by a Federal High Court and restricted from entering his office despite another court of equal jurisdiction invalidating the suspension.

Justice Yahaya Dattijo, led the three man panel that gave the order today.

The appellate court subsequently fixed Thursday to hear the two appeals marked filed by Oshiomhole through his team of lawyers led by Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN.
