The Supreme Court has affirmed Chukwuma Soludo as the valid candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) in the November 6 governorship election in Anambra State.
The apex court gave the affirmation on Thursday while delivering its verdict in a suit challenging which faction of the state’s ruling party was authentic.
The five-member panel of justices led by Mary Peter-Odili also affirmed Victor Oye as the national chairman of the party.
