2023 Presidency: Moghalu joins ADC

Kingsley Moghalu, a former deputy Central Bank Governor (CBN) who contested the 2019 presidential election under the Young Progressive Party (YPP) has defected to a new political party.

Mr Moghalu, a presidential aspirant who dumped the YPP after the 2019 general election has announced his defection to the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The banker-turned-politician disclosed the development on Friday across his social media accounts with the caption, “It’s official,” accompanied by his campaign poster.

In June, he declared his intention to vie again for the highest office in the land during the next presidential election coming up in 2023.
